The function of “Team Leader” in our company means the day-to-day leadership of the team non-licensed technicians in performing maintenance tasks on the aircraft, aircraft components and tooling i.a.w. OEM documents or local procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a group of non-licensed technicians in the process of removal of aircraft components for recycling purpose i.a.w. the AMM or local procedures.
  • Working close together with the “Liaison Engineer” to provide assistance on the PART 145 organisation in the recycling process in the removal of aircraft parts for recertification.
  • Removal of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Defueling of the aircraft.
  • Maintain removal logs: documenting executed removal tasks.
  • Obtain fuel and oil samples, and check them for contamination.
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility for removal of components.
  • Read and interpret pilots ”descriptions of problems during last flight” in order to diagnose serviceability of a system/component.
  • Remove or cut out defective parts, or drill holes in order to gain access to internal defects or damage, using drills and punches.
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate removal of heavy parts, or to facilitate recycling processes.
  • Modify aircraft structures, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications to facilitate recycling processes.
  • Maintain the recycling tooling in serviceable condition. Report dysfunctional equipment when it cannot be fixed.

Profile:

Punctual, communicative and leadership

  • The ability to obtain an airport security badge is required
  • Holder of an aeronautical technical degree.
  • Holder of a Part 66 ”B” op A320 and-orB737 CG / NG
  • Experience in a leading function.
  • Languages: Dutch, English.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs desirable

The “store keeper” provides daily supervision of all functional and operational activities in the component and tool storage (s). You have the responsibility for the parts and tools of an aircraft. The retailers work closely with members of the maintenance and assembly staff.

Persons working in this area are responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to aerospace parts, maintenance equipment and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehousing, shipping and receiving duties.
  • Lead the ” Assitant Store keeper ” in the daily functional and operational activities in the component and tooling store(s).
  • Reception and storing of Part 145 and non-Part 145 components.
  • Prepare outgoing goods i.a.w custom regulations and local procedures.
  • Incoming inspection of goods, maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Organization and upkeep of the component and tooling inventory systems.

Profile:

Punctual, accurate and communicative

  • The ability to obtain an airport security badge is required
  • The ability to obtain an airport driving license is required.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in the fields of warehousing, shipping or receiving including custom regulations.
  • Experience in handling dangerous goods.
  • Holding a forklift driver license.
  • Experience on working with forklifts, pallet jacks and belt loaders is also required.
  • Minor experience in a leading function.
  • Languages: Dutch, English, French.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs desirable

First of all, you are responsible for the administrative support on the operational site of Ostend. You keep an overview of the agendas of management, Staff and technical leaders and you ensure a perfect preparation. During the meetings you are responsible for the minutes. This means you come into contact with confidential information that you will manage in all discretion.

From your position you are the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues and clients. As an employee within an international company you can communicate to them in Dutch, English and French.

The administration that passes through your hands is accurately processed in accordance with the Administrative Officer in the Administrative Headquarter Antwerp.

In addition, you like to work with numbers. You have insight into a financial plan, business plan and budgeting and can quickly and correctly make adjustments. With your financial expertise you are able to monitor the accounting.

An occasional business-trip or external events does not scare you off.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and accountancy procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Assistance to HR department.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • The bookings and schedules of businesstrips and external events are punctually prepared and accurately followed up by you.
  • You fix this all in accordance with the administration in Antwerp

Profile:

You are the eyes and ears of the company 

  • The ability to obtain an airport security badge is required
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent but more important are your organisational and leadership skills.
  • You are administratively accurate, work accurately and discreetly
  • You are flexible in the job package
  • You work smoothly with the usual Office and accounting programs
  • You have built up financial skills through study or experience
  • You speak and write very well Dutch and English. French and / or another language is always a plus.
