The workshop chief provides daily oversight of all functional and operational activities in the recycling process, equipment and machinery.

  • Responsible for implementation of all management practices and processes.
  • Ensures maximum efficient operations of facilities, equipment and machinery through the direction of a technical support staff.
  • Recommends equipment modification for upgrades.
  • Develops and maintains preventative recycling and maintenance programs.
  • Assigns and coordinates the work of maintenance staff and the part 145 partner.
  • Reviews and implements all mechanical specifications and manuals for current operations.
  • Understands both the maintenance and training environment to ensure accomplishment of mission objectives.
  • Manages personnel staffing and organization bases on the functional requirements and workload data in the contract.
  • Provides guidance for workforce management on matters pertaining to employee hiring, termination, transfer, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinates specifications and procurement of capital expenditures.
  • Responsible for installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support manufacturing.
  • Ensures all direct reports and maintenance employees receive job and safety training.
  • Performs the responsibilities of the “chief technical office manager” in his absence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The “Office Administrator” will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The Office Administrator will include bookkeeping, planning of staff and mentoring office assistant(s). The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Affice Administrator ensures smooth running of the company office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies under supervision of the “chief technical office and workshop chief”.

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

The “Assistant Office Administrator” will assist the “Office Administrator” to perform administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The assistant office administrator will include bookkeeping, planning of staff. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

The “Team Leader” will lead a the team of non-licensed technicians in performing maintenance tasks on the aircraft, aircraft components and tooling i.aw. Oem documents or local procedures.

  • leading a group of non-licensed technicians in the process of removal of aircraft components for recycling purpose i.a.w. the amm or local procedures.
  • Working close together with the “liasion engineer” to provide assistance on the part 145 organization in the recycling process in the removal of aircraft parts for recertification.
  • Removal of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Defueling of the aircraft.
  • Maintain removal logs: documenting executed removal tasks.
  • Obtain fuel and oil samples, and check them for contamination.
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility for removal of components.
  • Read and interpret pilots ”descriptions of problems during last flight” in order to diagnose serviceability of a system/component.
  • Remove or cut out defective parts, or drill holes in order to gain access to internal defects or damage, using drills and punches.
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate removal of heavy parts, or to facilitate recycling processes.
  • Modify aircraft structures, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications to facilitate recycling processes.
  • Maintain the recycling tooling in serviceable condition. Report dysfunctional equipment when it cannot be fixed.
